We Develop Human Capital "Not to unlearn what you have learned is the most necessary kind of learning" said Antisthenes. Our passion at 'The Enablers' is to develop people. Developing human resources is more important to 'The Enablers' than getting clients. We want to make sure that people take way something valuable and useful for their lives. In our workshops, we create an environment which is conducive to learning. We encourage participants to: • Un-learn what is obsolete. • Learn what is contemporary to become futuristic. • Un-learn and re-learn, un-learn and re-learn again! When people follow these three steps, the miracle process begins - the process of excelling. With this mission, 'The Enablers' was established in January 2004 by Prof. Vivek Hattangadi. ‘The Enablers’ unlock the concealed potential in people and leverage their latent talent so they emerge as winners. In our learning sessions, the participants learn the way an excellent surgeon learns - practicing what has been learned through purposeful activities rather than merely from instructions. Our sessions are pragmatic; learning’s are doable. We have a large clientele even outside India.

The Enablers

Vivek Hattangadi started his career as a medical salesman with Carter-Wallace Ltd. (now Wallace Pharmaceuticals Ltd.)

During his 13 years tenure in this company, he held various positions including Medical Salesman (Ahmedabad), District Manager (Pune) and Regional Manager (Western India).

He joined Medley Pharmaceuticals after serving for 13 years in this great organization. In Medley Pharma, he was All India Field Force Manager and was trained by Dr. R.B.Smarta. He established their Brand R.B.Tone and was responsible for the launch of Motinorm.

He then moved over to Sun Pharma as Brand Manager and under the tutelage of the legendry Prof. Tarun Gupta, established mega brands like Monotrate, Alzolam, Famocid, Mesacol and Prodep. Phyiscians, Cardilogists, Neurologists and Gastroenterologists, who were not not exposed to this therapy used Prodep as a co-prescription. This strategy was later on mimicked by many companies.

He relaunched Angizem and from nowhere, Angizem had a market share of over 5.5% in less than a year.

His next assignment was with Intas Pharmaceuticals, as Group Product Manager, where he introduced Ciza. This catapulted Intas from a Rs. 25 million company to a Rs. 1000 million company in less than 4 years. He was rewarded with the position of General Manager (Marketing and Sales).

He transformed CRM activities into a fine art. Apart from the success of Ciza and all other gasto products which followed - this was one of the reasons of the phenomenal success of Intas.

His last assignment was with the Indian Pharma giant - Torrent Pharmaceuticals. He headed their superspeciality division - Psycan- from which another division - Mind- was carved out. Vivek Hattangadi also headed Mind.
